An eye into my future. Who knew?

It dawned on me the other day how utterly ironic it was that I wrote* and produced these spots for my mortgage client seven years ago. They are eerily parallel to the experience I wrote about below, if you haven't read it already.

The second level of irony is that if I still had this client, I wouldn't be in the position to be making these calls to Wells Fargo to seek a home loan modification. These ran in Boston, NY, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Detroit, Hartford, Providence, Reno, San Diego, and even Medford, OR. So my media commissions from airing these were quite substantial, and elevated my standard of living to the point where I'm in the house I'm in right now. Unfortunately, the hits didn't keep on coming (or the budget to write and run them).

*This was my first project on which I worked with Dan Knol, whom I still use as my Art Director, and he conceived the concept for this spot. Great stuff.
